Title sequence design and art direction for the TV show “Pambelé”, who was the Colombian most famous boxer from the 70’s. The client requested a distinctive title sequence that would express Pambelé’s tragic life. Hence, he warned us of the impossibility of shooting new material.

I decided to use the available scenes in a black and white color mode, covering them with a gold layer and then uncovering them all back again to represent his glory and the misfortune caused by it as well. All this was designed in a graphic two dimensional style as it was done back in the 70’s.
